*All service calls are subject to a diagnostic charge billed on a per-hour basis. The minimum diagnostic period is 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Once the issue has been diagnosed, most repairs are billed at a flat rate. The technician will provide a flat-rate quote before any repair work begins. This quote does not include the initial diagnostic charge or the trip charge.
A separate trip charge applies for travel to your location. This charge is based on distance and will be disclosed prior to dispatching a technician.
By requesting service, the customer agrees to the billing structure outlined above. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
